Hand thrown stoneware teapot with steam bent wooden handle. This teapot incorporates two loves in my life, pottery and woodworking and it is a joy to use. With my standard green glaze and iron oxide detail it fits nicely into my rustbelt line. The handles are made of various offcuts of beautiful hardwoods that are bent to fit each pot perfectly - the handle pictured is made from walnut. The whole process of making these is a labour of love. A friend has made a film of me making one of these from start to finish that you can watch.
If you are interested in one of these teapots, please send me a message so I can let you know when they become available again.
